Credits and Compulsory Disciplines
The minimum and maximum lengths of the Master´s Course are 12 and 30 months respectively.
In order to obtain a Master´s Degree in Science and Technology Policy the student needs to complete a total of 25 course credits and pass the dissertation.
The student needs to study the mandatory discipline (CT 010 – Introduction to Science and Technology Policy, CT 091 – Dissertation Seminar, CT 122 – Social Studies of Science and Technology, CT 130 – Research Methods and Techniques in Science and Technology and CT 140 – Political Economy of Science and Technology) + 09 credits in elective disciplines (3 disciplines of 3 credits each).
The minimum and maximum lengths of the Master´s Course are 24 and 54 months respectively.
In order to obtain a PhD in Scientific and Technological Policy the student needs to complete a total of 33 course credits and pass the dissertation. 24 of the credits must be from mandatory disciplines and the remainder from elective disciplines, after the student has consulted his/her advisor and passed the thesis defence.
