Its objective is to analyze the strategies and forms of action of the different social actors in the field of S&T, as well as the relationships between them and the conditioning factors of these relationships. From an approach based on Policy Analysis, it seeks to critically evaluate the cognitive models, the conceptions of Technoscience and Solidarity Economy, the decision-making process and the power-building strategies of the actors - state, research community, universities, companies, unions, social movements - involved in S&T policies. It also focuses on studies on Social Technology; Higher Education and the S&T&I system, the University-Society relationship and S&T&I Policies.
